Dear Customer, NC Puzzle accept returns within 14 (fourteen) days, provided that the products have never been used, or damaged and that they still include their original packaging. 

Items will be returned at your expense via the delivery method of your choice.

Refund Time Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 3 -14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
